1. Work with a Vacation Specialist - You will be matched to a Specialist with extensive knowledge and training on your preferred destination(s). Let them utilize their experience and expertise to handle all of the details (destination and price research, reservations, document handling and delivery, confirmations, emergency service, last minute changes, upgrades, extras, and more).

2. Receive a customized report and itinerary on the destination(s) you would like to visit (and have the freedom of searching for prices and availability at your leisure) - This report and itinerary is created by an expert on the destination(s) you plan on visiting. They will be in touch to learn about your family's needs and desires for your vacation, then give you a customized report of recommended places to stay, eat, visit and play.

   Reports include:

   • Insider tips and information including getting there (ideas of who might have the best prices and where to start your search)

   • Getting around (airport tips and tricks, ground transportation options, etc.)

   • Hotel/resort/rental options (based on your budget and what you'd like to experience. Includes details, amenities, prices, location, and reviews)

   • Activities you will enjoy (including prices, locations, and tips)

   • Restaurants (including pricing, locations, and reviews of quality)

   • Various tips and tricks to make the most of your vacation and have it run smoothly

3. Do-it-Yourself - research prices and destinations on your own utilizing our direct links to wholesale suppliers and this website (available 24/7 - compare packages and make reservations directly online). Please note: even if you choose to do everything on your own, we are still available for any questions, advice, or assistance you may need.

1. Since we will be customizing a report and itinerary for you to use for pricing and to make reservations on your own, we are unable to make commissions in the traditional way. Therefore, our fee for this report is $300 for four hours (payable once the report is completed, prior to delivery).

2. To get started, please Email Us with the details of where you would like to go, when, and number of persons traveling. Please include your contact information in the email.

3. Once received, we will match you to an expert on your preferred destination(s) and have them get in touch with you. They will then get to know your needs, preferences, and desires for your vacation so they are better able to customize your report.

4. When the report is ready, we will contact you for payment. Once payment is received, your complete report will be delivered to your door via Fedex and emailed.

5. If you are unsatisfied with your report and/or the quality of the information it contains, your fee is completley refundable. We have never been asked for a refund and are confident you will indeed be satisfied.
